At Môle Vintage Watches, we do everything we can to make the transportation process as smooth as possible. All watches sold will be shipped fully insured by DHL Express within 2 days as soon as payment is received.

 

All watches are shipped as soon as possible, so you can enjoy your new purchase as soon right away. Orders within the Netherlands will be shipped for free, orders outside the Netherlands will be discussed what the costs will be. 

At Môle Vintage Watches, each watch comes with a 6-month warranty on the movement of the watch you bought, which starts on the day the watch is purchased. Should the watch stop working, which you can do nothing about, the watch will be repaired free of charge.

 

The 6-month warranty excludes a few things; water damage, theft, accidents, and damage due to inappropriate use are not covered by the 6-month warranty. Modifications to the watch by adding or replacing parts not made by us are excluded from warranty unless approved by agreement.

 

Should any of the above apply, the warranty will expire immediately. Also, if the buyer decides to sell the watch to a third party, the warranty will expire immediately.

 

 

Môle Vintage Watches offers a 14-day return guarantee on all online purchases where the watch has not been seen in person. Purchases made where the watch has been seen in person, for example, at an appointment or at a pickup in person, are not covered by the 14-day return guarantee and are therefore excluded.

 

The return guarantee applies only to the following criteria:

 

• Watches must be unworn; any trace of wear will not be accepted for a refund.
• The watch must be in the same condition in which it was sold.
• All documentation and accessories must be unopened and have no signs of wear.
• The watch must be returned in full packaging, with everything it was delivered with. Should this not be the case, we cannot issue a refund.

Never just send the watch back; all returns must first be approved and returned fully insured (the cost is for the buyer). Please email info@molevintagewatches.com to arrange processing for returning the watch.

At Môle Vintage Watches, we guarantee the authenticity of the watches. Here, we check all watches for originality, examining the movement, the dial and the entire case and strap. Sometimes it happens that brands need to replace parts during maintenance; think of crowns, glasses, hands and watch bands. These parts are not part of the authenticity warranty but have been checked for originality and replaced with original parts if necessary. Because of this, the watch is in the most original condition, and we can give an authenticity guarantee.

 

Have you seen a watch you want to buy, but can't pick it up right away? At Môle Vintage Watches, we offer the option to reserve a watch for 7 days or longer if discussed.

To reserve the watch, a down payment of 10% of the total purchase price is required. This is a requirement to guarantee Môle Vintage Watches that the buyer will actually purchase the watch. If the buyer cancels the sale, there is no refund on the 10% payment.

The conditions about the down payment, will be neatly discussed with you, but they can also be read back on the website, and you can observe the sale in advance.
